Scholarships
(Expired scholarships are in faded gray, but links should still work.)
You don't have to wait on Mrs. Castle to post scholarships - you can search for your own! A few pointers:
- Sign up for 'Scholarship' RED alerts
- If you want Mrs. Castle to mail scholarships, have them in the Counselor's Office by lunch THREE DAYS before the posted due date. (Doesn't apply to electronic applications.)
- Keep your completed applications and essays (all of them you write this year) on a flash drive or on your S drive at school - you'll be surprised at how many you can reuse.
- Don't pay to apply for a scholarship. (Talk to Mrs. Castle if it seems legitimate, but is asking for a "processing fee".
- Use Google, Bing, Dogpile, Ask (any search engine) to search for criteria specific to you: first generation, left handed, nursing, etc.
- If in doubt, bring it in to Mrs. Castle for review.
